Coldchiller is a professional team composed of multiple specialized departments working together to deliver high-quality products and efficient service.
Our Production Status
Our facility covers 15,000 m² and includes six specialized workshops, with a daily production capacity of up to 80 chillers and 70 cold plunge units. We operate five advanced production lines, supported by a skilled workforce of 120–150 employees.
Our equipment includes laser cutting and bending machines, as well as in-house aging test labs, quality inspection rooms, and safety testing facilities. We are equipped with a full range of testing instruments, including safety testers, voltage withstand testers, and pressure testing equipment.
Chiller Technology
Our R&D team has extremely outstanding professional skills. The chief engineer has experience as a senior engineer at Huawei. He led the five-person R&D team to help our company achieve a breakthrough from 0 to 1 in chillers and develop rapidly. The self-developed machines achieved fission from one generation to three generations in a short period of time. They flexibly added LCD screens, self-checking systems, remote WiFi control etc functions to make the chiller smarter and more convenient. The strong R&D team helps us maintain the leading position in equipment technology, and the number of independent appearance designs of our chillers is also the first in the industry. This strong R&D team is always the fundamental guarantee for the company’s rapid and stable development.
