1.Does the chiller can running 24/7?
Yes.exactly.
2.how offen we need to refill the referigerant?
In general,our chiller no need to refill the refergerant any more excetp leakage.
3.why has smoke coming out from the chiller?
This is because when heating, there will be short-term smoke coming out because of defrosting. This is normal.
4.The chiller has its own filter, so why is the water still turbid?
The filter mainly filters hair, dandruff, etc. from entering the chiller system to ensure the normal operation of the chiller. If you want to achieve the purpose of purifying water, you can add flocculant and Water purifier for clarification treatment.
5.How to perform maintenance during extreme weather?How to prevent pipelines from freezing and breaking
It will need to blow out all the water in the pipes, and fill them with water again when starting up later.Because if has water inside the pipes,it will freezing and crack.

Absoutely.The bottom thickness of our liner tank is 2.5MM, and the side material thickness is 1.5MM. Generally in the market, the thickness of the liner bottom of our competitors is 1.5MM, and the wall material thickness is 1.0MM.
3.Do i need to assemlbe it when i got the tub?
All of our ice tub are packaged assembled. All you need to do is follow the instruction guide to connect the hose between the ice tub and the chiller.
4.How can i maintance the ict tub?
Clear the filter and screen set on the inlet in time to keep the water flow normally.Because good circulation are very important for the chiller running.
5.how to Balance the PH in the ice tub?
Yes. we will recommend to use the PH increaser to keep water more healt for body.
